Students and office people are going to gym at 6pm. Night shift workers going to gym at the morning. Freelancers and University students going to gym at afternoon. It does not matter you workout in the morning, afternoon or at night . The goal is to train at least for 30minutes to 2hrs in a day. In a month you can lose 1kg-4kg realistically. 1kg=7,700 calories. Do not give me excuses, oh i don’t have time and that bullshit. HEALTH should be a top-priority of everyone.

It takes 3 months to see a few changes in your body, 6 months huge changes in your body , 1-2 years you will be a different person. If some people say it takes 1 week or a month to build a body that is a no1 bullshit. Remember there is no shortcut only hard work.
